“We recently had our Golden Retriever, Max, stay at Home From Home while we were getting married. So we took advantage of their wedding package! We are SO happy we did! The team at HFH were amazing in sorting this out for us… Max was brought down to the venue and had been bathed and brushed, and he looked amazing! Sam, one of the workers was more than happy to help us with getting our photos, all whilst taking care of Max between shots. He stayed the night in their Cherry Lodge which we were given camera access to.. such a great touch! When we picked Max up the following day, he was as happy as ever and had clearly been brilliantly looked after during his time with them. We will 100% be using HFH again if he ever needs a place to stay! And we fully recommend their wedding package to anyone getting married who wants their dog chaperoned for photos on your big day!”

“Moved to the area 12 months ago. Since settled we got a couple of new puppies. Decide to give them a particular diet using a particular brand of raw do food. After using internet and another store found out that they supplied the brand as well. Fantastic service as now just ring up and order 20 boxes at a time. Once they have got them, they ring us to collect. Apart from the service, lovely staff and the cost is a third cheaper than buying off the internet. So internet is not always cheaper. I thought my cat was going to need to be put to sleep for a full dental cleaning but the vet gave really helpful advice and we came up with a plan on how to avoid having to do the cleaning as it would be a lot of stress on my cat. “Went to the Hilton hotel for a young farmers dinner dance and had an incident where my dress ripped. So we went to the hotel reception and a lovely woman named Claire helped to fix my dress. “Went in to pick up some dog food. Got a massive bag. The range of some brands seems to have reduced recently, but it's the same everywhere. Staff were great and there were plenty of dogs to stroke, plus a kitten at the checkout so it was a winner of a visit.”
