“Ordered a Protrek Casio online and delivered to Scunthorpe store. The product came with incorrect packaging and manual. The back of the watch had sticker glue cemented to it. Contacted this branch and they located the missing packaging with manual and cleaned the rear of the watch. The staff were very polite and helpful and cleaned the back of the watch. Great stuff!”

The lady went out of her way to help me., then the manager (Daniella) heard me explaining the issue to her and she came helping me sorting it . my necklace that I bought 10 months ago broke and she offered me to exchange it or get anything else I wanted , not only this ..!, she gave me a 10% extra discount on the new one I chose, really made my day . “Visited the Grimsby store today 1/09. The girls went above and beyond for me as I was wanting to send a peice of jewellery over sea’s. I was going to go somewhere else to post it but when I explained it was for me and told them they quickly gave me all the information and showed me how to do all the order online.
