“Took my jack Russell to see them i wasnt registerd I saw a nurse within half an hour and a vet 5 mins later very good service kind and careing my dog is ok now, we are registered now no more worries 10 out of 10 from me .”

“After 4 days of treatment we recently had to make the extremely difficult decision to put our two and a half year old cat Merlin to sleep just before Christmas. We were and are still devastated but everyone we have dealt with at Wicstun have been so kind and helpful. “Really know what they are doing. Helped save a little hedgehog we found in our garden. They are healing, feeding then releasing her fat enough for hibinating in a really people free place.”

“The staff were amazing! My cat was really anxious and they had lots of advice on what to do next time to help her stay more calm. I thought my cat was going to need to be put to sleep for a full dental cleaning but the vet gave really helpful advice and we came up with a plan on how to avoid having to do the cleaning as it would be a lot of stress on my cat. Really happy!”

“I have only used this veterinary twice but each time I was greeted politely and my cat was seen quickly, the last time he was treated very well and also bathed and dried before I collected him. “Italian vegetarian night, eat as much as you like. A selection of wines. Ring the door bell on the right and someone will collect you from the first floor. A much larger restaurant than you would imagine. Good for large groups with vegan options. Recommend to book as it opens from 20:00 pm. My photo 6/10 of the barman wiping the glass has hit over 1,000,000 views today 16/08/20 took while on holiday in Hull January 2020 after the Russian Ballet.”

“I was very nervous bringing my rabbit for his castration procedure and I received nothing but support and reassurance from all the staff. They rang me the day before his appointment and explained what was going to happen and how to care for my rabbit before hand. I was able to go in with my rabbit whilst they weighed him and did his pre assessment. The nurse explained everything in lots of detail and was happy to answer any questions I had. She explained what would happen so I was aware what my rabbit was going through. As soon as my rabbit had his procedure they rang me to let me know how he was. On collection the reception staff was lovely. The nurse brought fluffy back to me whilst I waited in the waiting area and she explained everything that had happened and how it went. I was provided with medication which I was told and shown how to use. I was provided with leaflets about the surgery and how to do aftercare properly. I was also told to contact them with any concerns whether it’s small or large and they would help me in any way they could. The day after his operation the vets rang me for an update on how he was and there was an email I could contact for any concerns I had which I used and I got a email back very quickly in detail. All the staff was so helpful and reassuring. I could not thank all the staff at stoneferry vets anymore. I am so pleased from start to finish with my experience. I have taken my rabbit to a few vets before and this is the only vets where he comes home calm and they treat him and look after him very well. I wouldn’t take my rabbit anywhere else.”
