“They honestly went above and beyond with the colour and totally aced the cut too. Really the most even colour result I've ever had and so pretty. I was nervous to try a brand new style, getting a pixie cut for the first time, but it turns out I was in excellent hands. Hair so good I got a bit emotional tbh. Constructive criticism would be that I spent a considerably long time at the basin and it could really do with some cushioning for the neck. Worth it in the end though! Edit: I have to mention that the artists are as lovely as the other reviews claim. I felt like I was truly heard when I described what I wanted, which is so important to the experience.”
