"Loved our stay here. The buildings are getting dated, the beach is a ways away but the staff are top notch!"

"I don’t like writing bad reviews, but there’s so much updating/fixing that this place needs, that it’s irresponsible not to say something. The main concerns for me were- a dishwasher falling out of the cabinetry- every time we loaded it, it would fall halfway out. So much rotten decking, I added pics from our condo here, but behind the building I saw piles of rotten wood they replaced (great), but it was just left there with nails sticking out in the yard for days. The location is incredible. That’s why I didn’t give this 1 star all around. I really wish they would give this place the time and investment it needs to be put back into decent shape, mostly because of safety concerns. Please do better for future travelers and make updates."

"Older buildings but maintained. No ocean view(distance view if on upper floor in some of the buildings). No A/C. Spacious apartments with large covered wrap around porch. W/D in apartment. Pool not heated. Beach chairs are available to take."

"Loved the location on the island, room size was amazing and the Lanai was huge. There was a TV in each bedroom, along with the living room and cable in all rooms as well. The kitchen was furnished with everything you would need including a coffee pot , blender and toaster. Dishes for 8. Our only complaint was no air conditioning. We traveled in November and even then, it was very humid. It was in the 80's everyday we were there. In the morning it would be OK, but by evening the condo was stifling and it was hard to enjoy. Sleeping was also uncomfortable because of this, especially in the smaller bedroom. We kept all of the doors and windows open the entire time we were there hoping to catch a breeze, but only the main bedroom really did. They do have ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the living room and do supy a stand up oscillating fan. I had read reviews that it wasn't bad with the trade winds, but in our experience, that didn't help. Not sure if it was our location in the resort ( we were in 14B) which was in the middle or if that's just how it is, but they would definitely improve the experience with air conditioning. Other than that, we loved our stay and would definitely recommend this as a nice place to stay."

"We rented Club Wyndham Ka Eo Kai through Air BNB and that was straight forward. The resort was nicely equipped, great location, and facilities very nice. The employees make this resort extraordinary, we arrived late after check-in and wanted to give a great shout out to their security guard Christopher who was courteous, nice and very helpful. He went out of his way to check us in, make sure we had everything we needed as well show us to our unit. Housekeeping was there when you needed something and the front desk was insightful and knowledgeable. The downsides were that sound carried easily from one unit to another and if your not I live with roosters crowing early in the morning this is not your jam but to be honest about you should avoid this whole island because the roosters are everywhere and you can't get away from them. Otherwise I highly recommend this resort."
