Hawaii Yacht Club
β OpenHawaii Yacht Club, located at 1739 Ala Moana Boulevard in Honolulu, Hawaii, is a historic institution established in 1901 and is one of the oldest and most prestigious clubs in Hawaii. Situated within the Ala Wai Harbor on the edge of Waikiki on the Island of Oahu, the club serves as a true gathering place for members and guests. The club offers a variety of social events, educational and recreational programs, a full bar and galley, an exclusive Ships Store, and activities such as the famous "Friday Night Races," which have been hosted by Hawaii Yacht Club for over 80 years. Inspired by King David Kalakaua, the club was officially chartered in 1901 by Prince Kuhio and Prince David, 10 years after the passing of King Kalakaua.
