“The whole team are really friendly at The Silverburn Branch. Shez was our salesperson. Such a patient and helpful lady. The ring that initially caught my eye was sold when I went to make the purchase with my daughter for her birthday. She helped us to whittle it down to another beautiful ring. We decided to put a deposit on it, to give some time to consider that it was the correct decision. On returning to pay and collect the ring, I noticed the original one was back in stock! Shez, yet again was so helpful and made the whole process, even with changing our minds such an easy and lovely experience. Ring ordered in the correct size, now collected and my daughter is absolutely delighted. The presentation throughout the time spent in the branch was flawlessly top quality. Thanks to all the welcoming staff, but I would highly recommend Shez to help anyone select their next jewellery piece. Called in advance about an enquiry before going in and our sales assistant Gemma was very helpful she even offered to make the transactions over the phone so we didn't have to make the trip into the store! However we were only 10 minutes away so decided to just go in and we were looked after very well. All the employees were very professional and very knowledgeable in regards to the products which definitely encourages customers to purchase! “Great visit and l got some lovely and great priced clothes for an 8 year old girl. The till girl was held back by someone who wanted to pay using the phone at the till point. After a few minutes there were seven people waiting to be served. We git to the til and another person arrived to serve at another till. This helped to speed things up. I felt sorry for the young girl who had,to guide someone on what to do with a phone purchase they were making. She did so well but it took time.”
