As a leading destination for gymnastics and cheerleading, we cater to both recreational and competitive athletes. Our facility offers a wide range of programs including gymnastics, cheer, dance, and tumbling classes, along with special events and parties. We also provide an engaging after-school care program known as Hot Shots. Elite Heat is led by Tabitha, a seasoned professional with over 17 years of experience in the gymnastics and cheer industry. Her journey began at Elite Gym USA in Milledgeville, Georgia, where she honed her coaching skills. With a strong background as a cheerleader, Tabitha expanded her expertise to coaching at the Varsity Cheer High School level in 2007 and launched a Varsity Gymnastics program at Washington County High School in 2016, followed by a Middle School program in 2018.
