Dr. Jennifer Shu is a board-certified pediatrician located at 6918 McGinnis Ferry Road in Suwanee, Georgia. Originally from Virginia Beach, Virginia, Dr. Shu completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Virginia and received her medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia. She completed her Pediatric Residency at the University of California-San Francisco, where she also served as Chief Resident in Pediatrics. In 2007, Dr. Shu joined Children's Medical Group, bringing with her years of experience from private practice in San Diego and as the director of the Normal Newborn Nursery at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in New Hampshire. She is a co-author of award-winning parenting books such as "Heading Home with Your Newborn: From Birth to Reality" and "Food Fights," and has served as an editor for the American Academy of Pediatrics' book "Baby and Child Health" and their parenting website, HealthyChildren.org.

She pursued her medical education at the Georgia Campus of Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Suwanee, where she developed a keen interest in rural medicine and was honored with the Primary Care Award. Her residency at Memorial University Medical Center in Savannah, where she served as Chief Resident, further honed her skills and dedication to pediatrics. Since 2012, Dr. Glass has been proudly serving the Alma community, with special interests in breastfeeding education, nutrition, and exercise.
