Great Expressions Dental Centers - Eagles Landing

"I've been a patient at Great Expressions dental centers for some time now, primarily because of the exceptional care provided by dentists like Dr. Kwakye and Dr. Jones. Their expertise and bedside manner make each visit pleasant. However, the same cannot be said for the customer service experience. Trying to schedule an appointment over the phone is an exercise in frustration. It seems impossible to reach anyone in any department at this location. After numerous attempts, I've resorted to contacting the corporate office, only to be redirected back to the main office, where, unsurprisingly, no one picks up. Frustrated with the phone lines, I decided to book online. Despite booking for 11 AM, no one bothered to verify my insurance or confirm the appointment. When I arrived promptly at 11 AM, I ended up waiting in the crowded waiting room for over an hour without any update or acknowledgment. When I inquired about the delay at 12:15, explaining that I had a work meeting at 1 o’clock, the front desk attendant dismissively informed me that the appointment was actually for 11:30, despite my email confirmation stating otherwise. Apparently, the online booking system doesn't accurately reflect appointment times, leaving patients in the dark. The lack of communication and disregard for patients' time is unacceptable. While the dental care provided is top-notch, the abysmal customer service experience overshadows it. Until they improve their communication and scheduling processes, I cannot in good conscience recommend Great Expressions Dental Centers for anything other than the quality of their providers."

"I love this location. They are quick and nice. The customer service is over the top. I will recommend you to try this place. This dentist office is always accurate and very caring. Please go try it ASAP. You will love it! It's a young lady that working at the front desk that has impeccable customers. I don't know her name . One thing I can say she never forgets a face and a name."

"the past few times with this situation was frustrating. I had appointments set I should have been seen within a half an hour at the most getting teeth pulled is anxious enough never mind sitting there for a couple of hours. Secondly, I can't get out of there under t least $200. That's ridiculous. 3. I had 2 teeth pulled last time. He hurt me so bad and gave me so many shot was not gentle at all. I will not be back. I found a great Dentist near me that is working out much better"

"If I could give them a zero, I would! First they over charged me by $370. Then they didn't call in my pain medicine. I had oral surgery. It's very hard to reach a live person to help you. My appointment was at 1:30, I didn't get seen until 2:15. It took 30-40 minutes for the procedure. It's 4:00 and my pain medication is just being called in. This is the 2nd time Great Expressions has over charged me. I'm starting to think they're crooks."

"Very pleased with Dr Woods and his professionalism. Overall patient care was lacking the industry standards expected with quality service. Everything seemed a bit rushed. The treatment rooms are outdated with old equipment and appear to need better cleaning. No clean up or oral rinse offered after root canal not even a paper towel. I’ve been to two Great Expressions locations and after asking questions and speaking with other patients may be fair to conclude Corporate is poorly managing and funding both locations. Not sure what’s up? Surely considering other options for my dental needs."
