"If you’re looking for rude, entitled and no help Andrea is your girl! I’ve had the displeasure of encountering her recently. I understand it can be frustrating dealing with rude and incompetent people but she’s one of the few customer service workers that deserves it! I patiently waited for my turn in the line. Might I add it shouldn’t take over an hour to see 3 people. I finally make my wait to the front and she’s quick to tell me to step out of line simply because she’d rather not wait the 30 seconds it’d take me to update my phone number. I wish I could say I had a pleasant experience but I was given a vague answer and quickly told to get out of line. I hope you see this Andrea and learn from this experience."

"I’ve been claiming every week and the called me so they could confirm my dates and that was a weeks ago. I dont know why I’m waiting on money that III worked for. What’s going on!? It’s not like I’m getting paid much anyway"

"I made a mistake when filling out my weekly work search so they said they were connecting me with someone so I can submit a claim and fix the error so I am able to be paid. No one answered I even left a voicemail. It’s been 2 days I have called back multiple times and no one has answered. On top of scheduling call backs. No one has called. If you’re looking for someone that cares this definitely is not the place or the people. They are just there for a paycheck."
