"Honest Review. I've lived by this restaurant for 18 years. This place has really gone downhill. Service is spotty. You will be forgotten by your server, for the most part. Even when the restaurant is empty. They'll try to keep your change. They are trying to cut corners. If you order take out, no matter how many dinners you order, you only get one small bag of chips and small container of salsa. They often do not include sour cream, guacamole, or cheese to your orders. If they do.. it will be the smallest amount. You get far less food getting take out than if you eat in. The food itself? It has no flavor. They do not use any seasonings. (If they do, we cannot tell. Not even salt and pepper) We will be happy to get another Mexican restaurant in this vicinity."

"We first came here in November 2020, awful service both times we went, the second time we were completely forgotten about by our waitress and then a different waitress asked us to stand up and literally move our table so she could get by instead of her going a different way. We stopped going after that. 2023 came and we thought surely by now the staff has changed and service has improved but every single time we have gone there, the service has been painfully slow. From the moment you walk in, it takes forever for a host to come up to seat you and then even getting your drink order in takes an eternity. If you don’t go ahead and order food when you order drinks, good luck because you won’t see them again for a while."

"This is NOT authentic Mexican food. I hate to be the one to say it, but this food was bad all the way across the board. (Check my other reviews, I went on a mission to find the best Mexican food in Douglasville so I’ve had my share of good and bad experiences.) It was our first visit to this Mexican restaurant, so we ordered a lot of food to try. Carne asada, steak fajitas, burritos, ceviche, rice and beans, chicken tenders and fries, and of course chips and salsa and a side of queso. One item was appetizing and that’s the free chips and salsa, they were delicious. The rest of the food lacked flavor, the meats seemed low quality, it was just all around terrible food. This is not authentic Mexican cuisine, I would say “Tex Mex” would be more accurate. Our wait times were horrendous also. The poor waitress was doing her best, but it seemed like she was being stretched to her limit. I don’t blame her at all, she did what she could. We waited forever to order, waited forever to get food, waited forever to get the check. I just wanted to get the check and leave, but we had to wait and wait to get our check."

"I dont know what to say about this place. I orderd beef notches and asked the waitress what type of beef. She answered ground beef. I thought it was authentic and she said you are in the USA. What a smart ass! After a good 20 min. wait I got a plate full of greasy cheese and tortilla chips. I refused the nachos as the manager tried to explain this is normal. I don't think so, I've ate alot of nachos in my day. Service is terrible they cant evern refill my sweet tea. Avoid this place and drive to the next Mexican restaurant, you will be happy you did."
