"The drive thru system was down. But that didn't stop the crew from.being cheerful and providing great service. When I asked for a receipt he said he couldn't print one. But he suggested he take a photo with my phone. Thinking out of the box to provide a solution. The food was amazing hot, fresh, and spicy. Just how Popeyes should be."
"I came through drive through today july 21 around 1pm They are selling spoiled chicken!!!! The chicken is super dark! And once you take off the crispy part on top you will smell the spoiled chicken! Do not buy!"
"I came to this location just a few days ago and was appalled by the level of customer service from the manager (tall black guy with glasses and where’s a Popeyes black ball cap)….they served me old food. The Cajun rice just by looking, you can tell it was old (picture attached). He looked at me and said this isn’t old, they just heated up the rice too long. Huh? His demeanor was so rude. He kept cutting me off to repeatedly say, “well do you want something else with an attitude” Absolutely not. You have 15 workers working a shift, all standing around, only to serve old food. At this point, every Popeyes location service and food is terrible and employees look FILTHY. They just need to rebrand themselves. I would never come back. Like ever. My experiences at Popeyes are usually the worst. I think I’ll go to every local Popeyes location and record each experience. I bet my life savings, corporate would be livid with the level of service being given and quality of food."
"The food is as top-ranking as usual, and the service is beyond our expectations! In such a tiring workday, we didn’t expect any special warming service. But as we entered the restaurant, we definitely felt warmly welcomed. The cashier answered all our questions and explained the details with patience. After bringing food to us, she also double checked if we need anything else. I really love this atmosphere as having quick lunch in a relaxing Friday afternoon with passion staffs. Will come back again!"
