"I have never been inside this facility. But the Customer service is not the best when dropping off items at the drive up. They barely speak to you. This is the second time I’ve dropped off here and not only did the guy barely speak but his facial expression was not welcoming."
"This goodwill in particular has gotten extremely greedy and ridiculous with their pricing. I’ve come here for years and have spent hundreds, if not thousands. I’ve purchased VCRs and DVD players for $5.99, $8.99, and even $12.99. Half of them are extremely dirty, untested, and even broken. Goodwill charging $25 for an untested and broken VCR then telling you there are no returns is greedy and just bad business. They have essentially become resellers who get their entire stock for free, barely test any items, charge eBay prices, and assume no liability and allow no returns. Saying you want to help the community through your sales and donations is one thing, but blatantly overcharging for items that are unsanitary, untested, and non refundable is a disservice to the people who actually try to “support the mission”. And THEN have the nerve to ask people to “round up”."
