Welcome to the Bryan County Health Department, a vital part of the Coastal Health District of Georgia, dedicated to serving the communities of Bryan, Camden, Chatham, Effingham, Glynn, Liberty, Long, and McIntosh counties. Located at 430 Ledford Street, Pembroke, Georgia, our public health team is committed to enhancing the health and well-being of residents and visitors alike. We focus on preventing disease and illness, promoting overall health, and preparing for and responding to public health emergencies. Our Pembroke Clinic and Environmental Health Office offer a range of health services to meet your needs. Our clinic operates Monday through Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and Friday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., with a lunch break closure from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. each day.
