"For 6yrs I have been taking my special needs daughter to eat at this restaurant for her birthday and it was the joy of her day. Went there today was just horrible. My eggs had a clear piece of plastic embedded in it. The food look pretty, but was cold and tasteless. Upon contact with the manager, he was so disrespect and lackadaisical about the fact that my food had this piece of plastic in it. My daughter's was just heart broken. The food was horrible and cold. Worst restaurant I had ever dined at. Needless to say, won't be going back ever. Hi International house of pancakes!"

"My husband and I had the Colorado omelette with blueberry pancakes. Our Server Ms.Frances was amazing! Our food was HOT and so good, I was full! Everything with Mango iced tea (free refills) was $47 all together for my husband and I."

"Had 2 orders to pick up, brought me one order within 15 minutes as the other one I had to wait for it as it’s getting cold I tell then to place it back under the hot warmer and they ignored me. After waiting 30 min for 2 simple orders I just cancelled and left . The staff is full of old elderly people with attitudes and unprofessional characters. They really need to wipe the slate clean and rebuild or just CLOSE THIS LOCATION. Never again will I return wish I could give negative stars!!!"

"Honestly I’ve been to this IHOP many times in the past and have usually been disappointed. Today however the restaurant was buzzing! Friendly customer interactions fast and pleasant service, hot and clean entrees. Today will definitely be sure to bring us back in and restore the joy in this iconic family restaurant"

"2pm 9/29 Don’t order the eggs benedict. It’s disgusting and made incorrectly. Poached eggs are supposed to be runny. I got the vegetarian one. Spinach crunchy and undercooked. Bitter tomatoes and spinach. Waitress didn’t give us napkins. When we asked for some, she gave us TWO napkins. No salt on the table. The ketchup I had on the table, I had to take the top off and open it up since the staff put a brand new bottle on the table without taking the plastic off. Parts of my hash browns tasted raw like potato flour. I ordered mozzarella sticks and they only gave one small sauce container for 6 mozzarella sticks. When I asked for a waffle since my eggs benedict was disgusting, the waitress goes “you’re not full yet”. Made me feel insecure and body shamed. Bathrooms disgusting. Doors don’t close all the way and only tissue in one stall. Only thing that was 100% was the Oreo milkshake."
