"DO NOT GO HERE!!! The incompetence of this office is astonishing. Freeborn Erhenede prepared my taxes last year and had made mistakes. I went back to try and get them fixed and file again. He couldn't figure out what he did wrong and brought other "analyst" in to look and i quote "I'm not go with computers but ill take a look".(I think his name was Walter) . Not feeling competent in his his past work, I said I would rather prepare my taxes my self this year and asked for my documents back. which he would not hand back to me. I asked again and again he then tried to extort me for money. I refused and garbed my documents and left."

"Had an appointment today at 1pm. No one was there to greet us. Apparently it was just one accountant who was busy with someone. He said from the back he'd be with us shortly. After 30 minutes with no further updates we just left. I guess this location is severely understaffed. Don't go here."
