At first everything was going well, then when covid hit his contact became very sporadic and eventually he ceased responding or providing updates on our case. it's been 2 years trying to get an email or phone call returned from anyone in their office. While I know results aren't guaranteed, we haven't even been updated. Feels like this firm stole our money and then ghosted us. Cannot recommend this firm at all."
