Enterprise Mill
Located at 1450 Greene Street in Augusta, Georgia, Enterprise Mill is a historic landmark that dates back to the 1840s. Originally a cotton mill, it is now the only original building on the Augusta Canal and is considered one of the best-preserved examples of mid-19th century architecture in the Southeast. As part of the Augusta downtown revitalization project, Enterprise Mill has been modernized and reimagined while preserving its character and original architectural details. The property now houses 60 loft-style apartment homes and over 120,000 square feet of retail and office spaces.
