"The only reason I gave them such a low score star-wise is because when I dropped off the backpack for them to embroider a name on it they never called me after taking my name and number and attaching it to the back I had not heard from them in a little over a month. And due to the fact that it was a birthday present I had to go find out what was going on they don't have a phone number for you to contact. So unless you're actually driving by there or make a reason for going by there you don't know if the place is open cuz there's been times I've driven by and it was closed. Very poor customer service as to contacting the customers when they complete a job. OTHER THAN THAT, I WAS WELL PLEASED WITH THE JOB. They just need to improve on the way they treat their customers when they bring something in to be monogrammed or anything else."
