"I had a routine visit to check on my last visit. He did a simple procedure looking in my nose. My co pay is $45 and when I left to check out the bill was $315. She told me the deductible was not met and I couldn’t understand why I was not told in the room the simple procedure was going to be more than my co pay was going to be. I told her I should have been warned up front that way I could have made a choice to have it done. Im beyond frustrated that they treated me this way. I see on the reviews others had the same problem. Beware of this scam and make sure you tell them before anything is done you do not want any extras done without disclosing extra cost. Dr Burson did great on his job and is knowledgeable. What I suggest, is him asking at the time of the scope procedure if I wanted it done and there might be an extra charge. It takes 30 seconds to ask that question, if that."

"Dr Burson placed tubes in my son’s ears after numerous ear infections led us to believe he needed them. The pre op appointment was very thorough, having a hearing test and further examination to make sure tubes were needed. He was very informative of the procedure. The day of the procedure he came in to check with us before our son went back and again after everything was done to ensure us everything went well. We had a great experience with him!"

"I had a good experience here; everyone was friendly and professional. But take caution if you haven’t met your deductible yet. I was billed over $1000 for the doctor to evaluate my baby for tubes; which we didn’t end up needing. I received a second option from a reputable doctor in Atlanta and he billed half as much for the same services!"

"I came to the facility for a consult to check on jaw pain I had been having. Checked in and was told no copay was needed. Consult lasted all of 10 minutes and I walked out with no new information. I NEVER received a statement for my visit and 18 months letter got an email from a credit bureau stating I had to pay a $500+ bill. I was shocked and called the office. They said that they were cleaning up old accounts and didn’t know why I hadn’t received a bill. Expecting someone to pay that large of a bill with no warning is unacceptable!!! It turns out they had done an endoscopic “procedure” that was not explained to me. Had I known that this was considered a procedure I would’ve opted out immediately. I was led to believe this was part of the consult. I have also read that this happened to many others. My credit has been dented due to their mistakes."
