Avera Estates is a beautiful community located in Thomaston, Georgia, just northwest of Macon. Our facility offers independent living for residents over 62 years old as well as mobility impaired adults over 18 years old. With 40 self-contained apartments available, residents can choose from studio, one-bedroom, or mobility impaired units. The one-bedroom apartments feature a living/dining room, complete kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom, while the studio apartments offer a kitchen, bath, and a combination of living/dining and sleeping space. Some units are equipped for residents with disabilities. Residents can enjoy activities in our community room and senior center.
