"After my Primary Care doc referred me, it took 2 weeks for an appointment at my requested time. Twice during this 2 week period, the office called trying to move my appointment. ON THE DAY OF MY APPOINTMENT they reach out requesting Insurance information- so I had to stop and send them a photo of the front/back of of my insurance card only to be called again & told that PT Solutions didn't verify benefits in a timely manner. Again wanted to reschedule my appointment due to their poor judgment. No apology, she just could not have cared any less. I'm going to try a different location and hope for a better, more professional experience. What a complete waste of 2 weeks."

"My son went here when he broke his back when he was 17 & had a long recovery. He is now 20 & you would never know he broke his back. Then this past year I broke my foot & caused blood clots in my legs & lungs. But when it was time for physical therapy. there was no questions on where I would go due to HOW extremely happy I was with how they treated my son. The progress I have made to walk like a human is amazing! I am so very please with PT solutions & I recommend the PT solutions in Dallas, GA to everyone I know!
