"Pharmacy staff is very rude and unprofessional. Just left the drive thru at 3:10 pm sept 7th. This Caucasian woman came to the window opened it up half way and just looked at me! No hello how can I help you or anything. Boiling inside I gave her my childs info and stayed calm. I really dislike bad customer service and this is the second time Ive been thru it at this pharmacy. The first time the lady wearing the white scarf on her head was very rude to me: she asked if I had any questions with my sons prescription. I asked her exactly what was I getting that particular day because we pick up several prescriptions for him. She proceeded with asking me “oh you dont no what you're picking up” in a very rude way! Like how are you going to ask me if I have a question and then when I ask it you follow up with a rude question as if I'm stealing or something. They make me really uncomfortable at this location. I will continue to let my wife pick ip his meds because I have a short temper and next time I will be extremely rude!"

"Horrible customer service at this pharmacy. I was treated like an inconvenience when I approached the counter. You are better off walking across the street to the Publix pharmacy where you will be treated with respect."

"Tired of trying to call. 3 times on different days, gave up after 20 minutes on hold. This is a ridiculous way to run a pharmacy. It would be nice to call ahead to let them know they shorted my pill quantity but now I have to go in to report the problem and wait another 20 mins for the order to get filled. It's time I find another pharmacy."
