Elite Heat

Welcome to Elite Heat, Sandersville’s premier athletic training facility located at 626 Fern Crest Drive, Sandersville, Georgia. As a leading destination for gymnastics and cheerleading, we cater to both recreational and competitive athletes. Our facility offers a wide range of programs including gymnastics, cheer, dance, and tumbling classes, along with special events and parties. We also provide an engaging after-school care program known as Hot Shots.

Elite Heat is led by Tabitha, a seasoned professional with over 17 years of experience in the gymnastics and cheer industry. Her journey began at Elite Gym USA in Milledgeville, Georgia, where she honed her coaching skills. With a strong background as a cheerleader, Tabitha expanded her expertise to coaching at the Varsity Cheer High School level in 2007 and launched a Varsity Gymnastics program at Washington County High School in 2016, followed by a Middle School program in 2018.

In 2020, Elite Heat was established after Tabitha acquired the Sandersville location from Elite Gym USA’s owner, Coni Adams. Under her leadership, Elite Heat continues to thrive, offering top-notch training and a supportive community for athletes of all ages.

Beyond managing Elite Heat, Tabitha actively coaches competitive gymnastics at Elite Gym USA in Milledgeville and various school teams within the Washington County School Systems. She and her husband Greg are proud parents to three children: Tobey, a cheerleader at Young Harris College and former competitive gymnast; Ree, an active member of the Washington County High School Competition Cheer Team and Gymnastics Team; and Holt, who enjoys sports and supports his siblings’ athletic pursuits.
