Lake Russell Campground is a hidden gem located in Cornelia, Georgia, United States. This North Georgia mountain mecca offers a wide range of activities for visitors of all ages. From swimming and camping to picnicking and hiking, there is something for everyone to enjoy. The campground features 42 campsites for tents and RVs, although there are no hookups available. Each campsite comes equipped with a fire ring, picnic table, and lantern hook. Water hydrants are conveniently located throughout the campground, and the bathrooms have flush toilets with showers.

Keith Bridge Park is a beautiful picnic spot located on the shores of Lake Lanier in Gainesville, Georgia. Managed by the US Army Corps of Engineers, this park offers a peaceful escape with picnic tables, grills, playgrounds for children, and a secluded beach. Visitors can enjoy walking, hiking, camping, boating, and swimming in the pristine waters of the lake. The park is located at 9720 Old Keith Bridge Road, near the intersection of Dawsonville Highway and Keith Bridge Road. Please note that alcoholic beverages are prohibited in all USACE parks, and possession of alcohol can result in eviction from the park.
