"I stayed here from March-July with my 3 school age children. It was so peaceful. We stayed while transitioning to our new house. All of the shade trees give us a sense of privacy and certainly helped with the Georgia summer heat. Would recommend!! We were comfortable leaving our 500.00 pellet grill, space X starlink internet and anything else we had if value. I never had to worry about our safety or our things. When we first arrived we were greeted by the staff, and they quickly did not hesitate to jump in and help us get set up"
"Made in the Shade is a jewel in Georgia! This campground was quiet and tranquil. Large oaks and mature trees. Camping paradise. Immaculate grounds and facilities. Water, electric and gray water dumps at each site. Washers and dryers. Gravel sites, but it’s a place I hate to leave. Pet friendly and great staff. Nice playground and horseshoes area as well!"

"This is such a great place to stay & relax. Ben, the manager is very vigilant, creating a clean, SAFE, & welcoming campgrounds. We have stayed here twice for several weeks & will be back. If you have "kids" there is a great new play area."
"Will never stay anywhere else when visiting Georgia! Only 3 hours from tybee island, great woodsy location, family oriented, safe, and beautiful. 10/10 would definitely stay again!"
