"The community looks well maintained. When I was there, the dumpster was full, and people were leaving their trash on the ground."

"We have lived at Cooper Lake since April 2011. It is an old property however it is well maintained. Like any apartment communities they have occasionally had issues that needed to be addressed, however they were rectified immediately. Maintenance problems are responded to almost immediately. I would gladly recommend this community to anyone."

"These apartments are close to everything, The office agent is very professional and nice, if you have a problem, she will respond to your complaint immediately, she keeps these apartments nice and clean and I'm happy to live here."

"I lived in this apartment community from July 2009-January 2015. The leasing office staff was always helpful and professional. When issues would arise, they were always addressed in a timely manner. Rent was definitely more affordable back then. About 2-3 years before moving the community was blessed with a new passionate, professional, and patient Property Manager named Marvel. She was very understanding and attentive. She takes pride in keeping the community at 100% occupancy. I moved away in 2015 to a rental home. Renting a home is completely different from an apartment. I felt renting a home would lead me to purchase one in the future. 2020 the pandemic happened. 2021 owners decided to sell their homes to capitalize on the housing market. I was forced to move. Cooper Lake had no available units. 2022 inflation happened and rent cost is at an all time high. In my efforts to secure affordable housing, I reached out to Marvel at Cooper Lake Apartments. She was phenomenal per usual. She let me know she had units coming available in July which is when my current lease expires. It was perfect timing. Marvel was very patient with me. She went above and beyond to help. I am looking forward to being back at Cooper Lake until I'm officially able to purchase my forever home!"

"I've been attempting to move into this community for the last two years. The apt rep was always courteous and patient with my monthly calls. The fact that residents move in and do not frequently move out told me that this is a nice place. I'm finally able to move in next month, and I fully anticipate not moving out for quite some time!!!"
