"First experience ruined by the staff upfront. I was recommended to go here for lilies which I needed for a special occasion. Upon entering the shop I was asked before even closing the door, "what you looking for"?! ... So I said hello, how are y'all? Needless to say but the short brunette lady with glasses was rushing, impatient, short talking and over just nasty. I was polite and left the shop with zero lilies but I found a beautiful arrangement at The Flower basket. I'm all about supporting local florist but I wouldn't left them put a leaf petal on anything I arrange."

"My husband purchased flowers from the shop on Valentine’s Day to be delivered at my job. Now, yes, I understand it was Valentine’s Day and a lot of people have ordered for this day, but when you spend $100 plus for flowers and a balloon and your flowers come with some already wilted and NO balloon, leaves all crunched and torn, and then, the next day they’re almost ALL wilted… It’s EXTREMELY upsetting. We will not be ordering from here again."
