"I always had a great experience with my hygienist and the dentist. However, they claimed to be in network with Tricare but following my visit I received an out of network bill. Tricare informed me they had dropped their credentialing with them in June 2023, my visit was in July. I was responsible for over $100 bill of out of network cost. I felt company should have written off since I was given false information about them being in network but they were not willing. I also requested my medical records/ X-rays be transferred months in advance to another dentist but they did not send them in time and my new dentist had to cancel my first appointment until my X-rays were received since I wasn’t able to do new X-rays yet. Again, great staff locally but be cautious of their business office/ billing department."
"I've been going to Dental Wellness Center in Richmond Hill for the last year. Every visit has been good. The hygienist is professional and knowledgeable. She takes her time and my teeth are healthy because of her. I had other dental work done ther and feel confident about the dentist. I recommend Dental Wellness Center!"
"Great staff, cleanly environment, and an all around easy experience. My 6yr loved her dentist who was fun and playful throughout the visit. Even waiting 35 min past our appt time, (which often happens when the visits are catered to The Patients and Not the scheduled time slots) I'd give them 5 stars over and over. ✨"
"I had hopes for a great experience. The new dentist is phenomenal. However, I have been trying to have an overpayment refunded since November and no one answers or there is an excuse. I have double checked and the insurance claim was filed and completed. Interestingly enough the bills show that they charge the insurance company as well as myself if a bill is paid late. They can expect to pay interest to me. Next stop is the Georgia Board of Dentistry. They have well over 3,000 of my personal funds that they have refused to return “because the claim isn’t processed” well, it is and I have proof!"
"The most relaxing and exceptional dental experience I’ve ever had. They offer great complementary wholistic relaxation options. I’ve never had a blanket and neck pillow as an option during a cleaning before and I don’t want a cleaning without those options. The warm towel at the ends to cleans my face is truly a luxury that I have to have."
