And there was no long wait once we arrived. Because we were able to utilize MyChart for advance check-in, everything was smooth and easy when we arrived. PA Katie Shelley was very personable and professional, as were the other staff members (nursing and x-ray). We chose this practice because Dr. Schmidt did two hip replacements on my husband with GREAT outcomes. They've truly earned our respect and trust. I highly recommend this practice."

"I have been here on a few occasions for a scheduled appointment. Even with early check-in be prepare to wait an hour plus after your appointment to be seen. This place is beyond inefficient. I'll be looking for a new primary care provider. I don't have all day to wait in your lobby. If you visit, listen to how unprofessional the front desk staff is and how nice they are to white people and how rude they are to people of color, even the people of color are rude to people that look like them, especially the elderly. I will be writing a letter to the Chairmen of the board. Update: I was forced to visit this location again and it was absolutely disgusting and filthy. Not only does this place not care about their patients but they don't care about cleanliness either. There was a layer of dust all over the place including the keyboard and desk so I know the staff sees it. Also the floors had all kinds of particles all over it that are very visible. Get it together. DO BETTER! You are operating a medical facility, patients shouldn't get sick visiting you or have allergy attacks, because your staff is to busy talking to each other to clean. This place needs an unannounced health inspection."
