"4 stars because there is no parking in historic buildings, for obvious reasons. Healey Condo is beautiful, right next to GSU and a plethora of great places to eat as well. Rubens is topnotch and Dua is amazing. The Bun Du Lac Lac is where it's at!! Anyways, check parking on the street, after 9pm its normally free until early morning, usually free on Sunday as well. Pay attention, one street can be 4hr parking and the street perpendicular is only 2hr. Same with no-parking during rush hour, 1 street ok, the next one it's not and finally some are free starting at 7pm, some 9pm, read those greens and white signs people! Use the ParkMobile App so you can refill while still eating, getting a haircut or visiting a friend. You don't have to put a space number, just a zone, so you can normally don't have to worry about moving the vehicle, just refill time by "re-parking" in the same zone when time runs out or right before. --- Be careful, they will take your money on Sunday, they won't say "no need to pay, it's free" they just take your $, not good in my opinion, but hey this isn't about the greed and duplicity of ParkMobile or City of ATL, its about the Healey Condo area."

"I was at Big Dave's Cheesesteak Grand Opening and guys it's worth the wait. Everything was delicious and service was great as well. This restaurant was located in a easy location from the Marta train station and that a huge thing living in Atlanta."
