"I've attempted several times to contact this institution to pay my loans up to date and pay them off within a couple of months, each time I get the run around and asked if they can call back. This account is messing up my credit for $1000 in loans. It's really feeling like a scam and do not recommend doing business with them. It's really sad this company preys on its customers and ruins their credit in the process."

"My husband NEVER took out any loans throughout his undergraduate career at all. He's military and had scholarships through the military to pay for collage. Then out of nowhere we got a bill from this company that he owes them money for some loan he never took out. We've tried contacting them multiple times since we first received the notification to get this all sorted out but they have been in some kind of training for multiple weeks now and will not answer the phone. We finally resorted to using their online customer service and we shall see if they get back with us but this is RIDICULOUS. Great way to treat military personal."

"They reported me as 90 days delinquent when I wasn’t. They refuse to fix it. Since I have multiple loans there was a report for each one. My credit score bottomed out, other lenders dropped my available credit, and when my insurance renewed my new horrible credit rating caused my premium to increase. Borrowing from here was a horrible mistake."

"This company is one of the worse companies to ever get a loan with. I did it to help pay for schooling and if I knew what I know now back then, I would have never agreed to be tied to this company. If you are looking for a lender, for you own sanity, DO NOT lend with this company. They do not try to work with you if you happen to not be able to pay the whole amount that they ask for and expect you to pay hundreds of dollars in payments. Then if you dont pay it they will drop your credit score by 100s of points. Completely unethical. PLEASE save yourself and DO NOT, i repeat DO NOT BORROW FROM THIS COMPANY."

"Horrible! Don’t do it, they will mess up your credit, reset your dates to keep it on your credit, won’t answer the phones. Horrible lender, I wish I never took it out. Paid it off in full and still having trouble with my credit because of them. You can’t re-age an account! That’s illegal ! Just found out they have been doing this. After 7 years delinquency is suppose to fall off, but they reset mines. So even with me paying it off, I have to wait a few years for it to drop off."
