"I started seeing Dr. Smyle-Byrd about 2 years ago. While my initial experience was wonderful, the past year has been horrible! It is near impossible to ger an appointment with her, so I often ended up seeing a nurse practitioner, Dr. Sullivan, and she not only had conflicting information than what Dr. Byrd told me, but she refused to acknowledge my Hashimoto's! I had bloodwork drawn on 12/22/23 and I still have not received a call from a practitioner on how to move forward with my medication! I have left several portal messages and I have tried to leave voicemails, but their voicemail cuts you off after 10seconds. I received a letter stating that Dr. Byrd was leaving the practice, then last week they called to tell me Dr. Sullivan was taking FMLA would I like to see another practitioner? I told them I would like for someone to look at my bloodwork and adject my meds. The nurse on the phone had no clue what she was doing! I honestly even wonder how this practice is even still in business. 0/10 recommend."

"I had a good experience with Dr Iyer but dealing with the office staff is beyond frustrating. I have been trying to get them to complete a prior authorization for over a month now. Even with multiple calls per week, the prior authorization has been cancelled by my insurance due to lack of response from this office. I called several times during what the recording said were their operating hours only to be routed to voicemail because they were closed. I’ve sent messages on the portal that have never been responded to. After many calls, only one has been returned. When I finally did get in touch with someone, their excuse for lack of response was that they’ve been “pretty busy”. I now have a single dose of medication left, cannot get a response and the last message I did receive was pointing the blame at the pharmacy when both the pharmacy and my insurance have stated that due to lack of response from the provider, we have not been able to complete the needed steps for medication."

"Front staff is nice - but seems to be in training. Dr/nurse do not reply to the portal for almost week... nurse doesn't seem very impressive."

"I've been seeing Whitney for several years and have been extremely happy. The front desk is always polite and happy. I've never had a bad experience."

"Please get rid of the guy who does the blood draws. He doesn’t know what he’s doing. My son and I always have torn up arms when he gets through with us. Otherwise, everything is great at this location."
