"Went into this location to cash a check. I do not have an account locally so I went to the bank on the check to have it cashed. After cashing the check I asked if they had any silver coins or 2 dollar bills. The lady at the desk told me yea. Then proceeded to tell me they will give it to me this time but they are for customers only. I went to cash a check at this location which made me a customer at that point but their policy is your not a customer right you don’t bank with them. Was going to open an account with them today as well for myself and daughter but we took our business to another bank. Ameris!!! They treat EVERYONE who walks through the door as a customer!"

"The lady I sat with was very stand offshore and didn't care to hear me. I was crying and needed to just pull my masked down to take a deep breath however even with her mask on and a huge clear plastic barrier between us she didn't let me actually said if I did it she would be done assisting me. 10 yrs with colony never felt so unhealed or even as if I was unwelcome"
