"When I tried to cancel my auto and renters policies Rich made it near impossible to do so. I had to call the 800 number after hours. Then I was still charged and had to contest it with my bank and block Allstate from automatic payments. He is a terrible agency owner and goes out of his way to avoid speaking with his customers. He tries to do anything he can to make it as difficult as possible for you to cancel your policies. If you are thinking about giving him your business. Don’t"

"If I could give them 0 stars, I would. The customer service, value and professionalism has declined as of late. I called several times since the week of Thanksgiving to inquire about my auto policy. The lady, Hykira (sp), could not assist and Richard didn't take any of my calls nor respond to my email. The 800 number keeps you in a loop and no one answers calls. I finally had to blast Allstate on Twitter to get a response. After several days, my policies are cancelled. And Richard still did not contact me. Not to mention I have a claim that still isn't resolved after more than a month. Stay away from the agency and company. They used to be good but now they are trash. Always a pleasant and helpful experience from Rich! I email him often and he always responds to my needs and questions."
