"I left my previous insurance carrier because I felt ignored among other things. When I was shopping around for a quote I cam across State farm. Not only did they address my needs, they were patient with me, answered all my questions, prompt with responses, and reassured me every step of the way. I know everyone in the office works together, Agent Jordan was the one who primarily worked with me and his customer service was excellent. He went over and beyond to ensure I felt confident in my decision of allowing state farm to be my new insurance. He mentioned he was fairly new on board with the staff, but his professionalism exceeded the "newbie" expectations. He handled my concerns as if he was an agent for over 20+ years. "Blake and his team are fantastic! I had wind damage on my home, vinyl siding was ripped off of the side of my house. This happened at the same time there was an ice storm. I had a difficult time dealing with the State Farm claims hotline and there were many snags and difficulties getting through to the right people, but Blake stepped in and called on my behalf and really got things moving! The vinyl siding panels that I have were no longer available, so State Farm is paying for a full replacement of the vinyl siding of my entire townhome. I really appreciate everything that Blake did to make this happen."
