"On my first visit I could barely walk. By my last visit I could not only walk with ease, I was strong and able to do things I haven’t been able to do in years! My therapist was wonderful! She was positive and encouraged me to take the initiative of doing as much as I could myself. By the end of my time with her, I was a member of a local gym! Everyone at Benchmark was so helpful.
