"We were charged $100 for a yearly tax planner that we did not ask for and did not need. Jeff also charged us extra for plugging in my educator write off and my son's $17.00 childcare. It took him less than 2 minutes while we sat there chatting with his wife. Quoted us less than $300 and charged us $400 to do a basic tax return. When I questioned him about his fee he listed off all of these extra things that he did, yet he knew our situation before he did our taxes. I asked for the $100 yearly planner fee back and I got a flat "no." I would not reccommend him for any financial services. I find him and his wife to be the most unethical people that I have encountered since I moved to Woodstock 6 months ago."
