"I have lived here since they opened & at first I loved my apartment. Now the total opposite. This building has mold issues ( & it’s a new building (2021) management has never alerted tenants of mold in building & we are on the 5th manager. My apartment was found with mold &!the manager said that everything in my hall closet had to be thrown out because destroyed by mold (All my Coats, hats , luggage ) asked me for the total cost of destroyed items for reimbursement & then changed story & the management refuses to replace my items when the mold is throughout the building. Doors are always broke & floors are cracking. They don’t care about their tenants , just rent money. It’s sad because it had so much potential"

"Update…. 6/20/2022… no manager for months the place is disgusting and filthy…. They have us here and take our rent but no one cares how it’s falling apart and the conditions we are living. We have not had pest control for many months, I regret moving here so bad… I’m embarrassed to have anyone visit me so I don’t invite anyone over. Nothing has changed it’s just gotten worse….The place is getting horrible the floors by elevator are filthy except for 1st door. They mop with plain water so it stinks. The back lawn is not maintained and weed all over. Carpets not vacuumed and floors in elevators filthy. Elevator doors dirty. There are elderly people here and COVID is still out there. I expected more. At least a clean environment I will not renew my lease and neither will a lot of people I spoke to here I have a bad leak from hvac coming out of wall all over my rug and bathroom. Smells mildew. I call so call maintenance emergency and no call no show. I’m sure there will be mildew there. Also the back of this place looks so abandoned and horrible. Weed growing everywhere. Front is nice for when visitors come so they can rent but the back is horrible. Corp refuses to pay extra to have it taken care of. Also smell of marijuana in hallway and elevators. It’s so sad that you have elderly people living there and corp does not care. Also bell system there but never worked. We have to come to door to open to visitors or delivery people, even elderly have to get in elevator to go open door after 5pm cause they lock us in at 5 pm and all weekend. I’m so disgusted and disappointed"

"Please stay away. The apartment was marketed as a 55+ apartment. As of 5/11/2022, the apartment is filled with families, singles all under the age of 55. This is fine, but when you marketed it to be a 55+. The 55+ community expects to live in that style of community. If you visit the property, you will see trash in the driveway, trash in the lobby, and trash in the elevators. The front lobby door has not worked for almost a year. The apartment intercom system has never worked. Current and past residents have filed complaints and had a community meeting, and nothing has changed. Again STAY AWAY FROM THIS APARTMENT IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A TRUE 55+ LIVING. I will be posting pictures soon. UPDATE JULY 1ST, 2022. As of today, the property still doesn't have a full-time property manager. If you were looking for a true 55+ property, this is not it. We called this company many times to highlight our concerns, and nothing was done. For example, a homeless person has been breaking into the property's lower level to sleep in the gym (Gym will min equipment). We noticed the temporary property manager and she did not clear. She didn't even look into it. The police were called but the property doesn't care. More pictures will be added."

"The property manager, Regina, is very responsive and cares about the needs of each and every resident. The community has just recently opened and Regina can be found there on Saturdays, doing her best to ensure the units are being filled and things are going well. As a resident, I am quite pleased with my unit and fellow residents. Of course, you would expect a brand new property to have a few issues, but I can say things have been running smoothly at Redland Creek Villas. I love the serenity of the surrounding trees and how the development is set off from the main thoroughfare, Lawrenceville Highway, and it's almost like a hidden gem in Lawrenceville. I love the proximity to all the great stores on Scenic Highway, Sugarloaf Parkway, and Duluth. I'm so blessed to have called the number in August when I first saw a listing for the development. Thankful I was selected as a tenant and I promise to be a good steward of my unit. This is a great place to call home."
