"This hotel saved us after the hotel we reserved (and paid for) deleted our reservation. We were able to get a room at a really good price last minute. Pros: Though things are run down and need to be replaced, the room and the common areas were clean. The shades were a bit moldy and need replacing, but overall very pleasant. Pretty good breakfast with several choices including hot and cold options. The rooms have mini refrigerators and microwaves as well, very convenient. The young lady at the front desk was such a delight. Incredibly helpful, sweet, and kind. Cons: there is virtually no carpet in the building which is helpful for cleanliness but makes it very loud. The bed was extremely loud, so any movement from myself ot my husband woke us up. The rooms could use an update. For the price we paid we are very, very happy with this hotel."

"We chose this hotel because it had a hot tub, I have arthritis and wanted to sit in hot tub, heat did not work, very very disappointing pool area had safety issues, had a pipe that was left completely open when getting into pool, the ladder on the deep end, the top rung was broken it spun around, very dangerous, in the room on ceiling, there was a split and paint was falling off, elevator had tape beside where the door opens, I would never stay here again, this hotel needs a lot of work and maintenance, the front desk worker at check in was very nice, she did get us towels because there were none at pool area and when she brought them they were so small, not much bigger than a hand towel, get bigger pool towels!! The second time we came to front desk the frost desk worker was walking around with cell on a personal phone call, how unprofessional!!! I thought because this was a choice hotel it would be great, it was not at all!!!"

"The room was very dusty, there was hairs in the bathroom and the room smelled like pee. The toilet had a ring. The shower was wall was broken. The shower head didn’t work. The ac didn’t cool and the fridge had a huge block of ice in it. We were just passing by and needed a place. Should have continued to drive. We’ve stayed in other country in and suites and nothing like this! So disappointing…..I am sure this will get a standard response. But I just got here and can’t wait to get out!"

"Toilet was filthy almost as if the cleaner skipped it. This place is in need of serious repair. I can say the many women behind the desk were friendly and nice. Strong mildew smell and a funky elevator. Free breakfast area looks nicer than your room. Trust me. Rooms are worth about $50 a night but you know how inflation is. I don't know who owns this but this is not one of the better country inn and suites.Nice workers and if the hotel can keep their attitudes and renovate to improve the experience this place would get many more visits from me and friends. I will be back around Christmas time to see if the cleaning improves but it seems a lot of hotels are struggling in that department. Nobody wants to clean anymore..smh. Bring your own cleaning supplies and gloves because you will need them"

"Good location 5/5 20 minutes to Downtown Savanna. Good service 5/5. The room was Good and comfortable but I couldn't sleep due to too much noise. I went to the bathroom and saw coach roaches in the bathroom near the sink. Also, the faucet was not working property it was ok when I got there but when I turned it on the faucet didn't close. I had to turn off the water under the bathroom sink. In the morning when i turned it on, surprisingly, I was able to turn it off. When I checked out I realized my room was next to the laundry and facilities. If you are going to rent the room, respect your costumers and don't use the washer and dryer during the night and early morning. It was non stop. I stayed in room 100. If you get that room you already know you will not be able to sleep."
