Martin's Restaurant - Douglasville Fairburn Road

"Your typical fast food restaurants forgot who their clientele are. Just working class folks just trying to get a delicious bite on a budget. Martins still captures that. Everything is so well reasonably priced and delicious. I'd come here everyday over McDonald's or BK breakfast. The people are nice too. It's your typical southern restaurant. You know the type of place where they call you honey and sweetie with a big smile. Love it."

"Anyone posting 5 stars must be working there because as you see in the 1 star they are constantly rude and forget your order. Every time I have something missing it’s the middle aged frumpy woman with a do rag on her head. Today once again, she forgot my large chicken biscuit then had the audacity to call me a liar when I have to come in because food is missing she is the common denominator of my trips back in there. After the way the manager let her get loud calling me names?! The devil is a liar and SHE IS TOO!! No manager should allow an employee to yell through the restaurant at a customer! Then she lied an said she checked the bag 3x herself! Well then, she should’ve seen it was missing a chicken biscuit if she checked it 3x. This is the problem when you hire someone who can’t read but can talk smack about customers. I agree with every 1 ⭐️ comments because they are VERY RUDE an NEVER get the order right. Do you think I really need a chicken biscuit for free? Pleeaaseeee I paid 30$ for my order you did NOT (once again) put everything in the bag. I also saw her microwaving people’s breakfast!! That explains why the biscuit are always hard around the edges! The health department needs to visit there too! I wish I could give negative stars! No more wasting my time & money!"

"I was very excited to try this place out. So I took the long drive only to be disappointed…. I got there around 6:50am and my biscuit was barely warm!! Who serves a near cold biscuit this early?!?! I am very big on my breakfast being hot. This is a hard no for me. I can’t even say if the biscuit was good. The temperature of it was such a huge disappointment. The dry and hard tenderloin just added to my disappointment. The cheese grits were pretty good is why I gave 2 stars but the little a$$ container they were in is another story. I will stick with my local restaurants."

"Their fried chicken sandwich was just okay, the onion rings were unedible, burnt and very greasy. This location is due for a deep cleaning or renovation, it is in need of the owners attention! Have eaten at Martin's twice... the first time and the last time!"
