"Shopping here, I’ve noticed AGAIN the prices have increased. An old Walmart graphic shirt for $7.99? Steve Madden slip ons’for 14.99 worn. I can go to TJ Maxx and get new for $20. New socks for $3 or $2 a pair that’s sold at Walmart for $ 10 For 6 pair. New babies onesies for $3 that come in a package of 3 for $6. Of course I see the usual new T-shirt marked for about 20% Less than what would be a new purchase price. The prices have got out of control on majority of any decent inventory. I used to find a few good deals in here but not lately. Also, I don’t like the fact that the employees get dibs on what comes though on the donations. I’ve heard several conversations about this from employees and their families . This location needs to move all donations to the floor and price reasonably . Management also needs to understand that this is a thrift store. Not a consignment shop. Again, price accordingly and reasonably."
"I guess I made someone mad because I had an employee walk up to me and spray window cleaner on me like I was invisible. Some of that cleaner should had been put to use in the nasty bathroom. Some good deals mixed in with overpriced items. Some nice employees along with some rude employees. Good & bad . It could be better. I dont get my points for purchase half the time because my number is put in wrong."
"Very poor management. Store manager has little to no training and no sense of responsibility, has no sympathy for others all he cares about is making a dollar and himself. Place is crawling with roaches and rats, you can see them walking across the desk and in the back room very unsafe and unclean place to work."
