"We are one phase away from completing a multi-phase (5) landscape plan to help beautify our home, deal with soil erosion issues caused by the home building company, and to put a firepit in the back yard complete with stone steps leading up to it. We have been pleased with with the work Baileys Landscaping has done so far. I was also very impressed with the stone work that the workers displayed. Any issues that we brought up were dealt with and all promises/deals were honored. If I had to come up with a nit-pick, it would be that it was sometimes hard to talk with the workers themselves as English appeared to be a second language for them. But the supervisor of the project handled most of that anyway."

"Would not recommend Issues: 1. not following through on stated promises 2. Slow 3. Incompetent 4. Not admitting to mistakes I called them to address standing water in front yard that became running water in the back causing erosion. What we got was more standing water in the backyard. The owner stated this is a spring that began causing the water. However this “spring” only occurs when it rains. He said he could fix this spring for an extra fee. When getting the estimate for sod, the initial measurement (done by two separate guys) was three pallets short. The second measurement was still a pallet short. The second batch of sod did not match the first. Some was dead and they did not correct it They would have left the sod on the pallets for days in a July drought had I not been persistent in getting it put down. What I was told would take three days took three weeks. The crew was lazy unless the foreman was around The concrete work on the driveway did not match. In short, don’t use these guys if you want quality work at a fair price. And someone who’ll see the job through and admit when it was not done properly."

"In November 2021, I used Bailey Construction and Landscaping LLC to repair a large hole (sinkhole) in my backyard that resulted from an old well deep in the ground. This is a fantastic company. Communication with his office staff was informative, honest and caring. Mr. Bailey and his crew did an awesome job in capping off the well and filling the hole with very little after disturbance to my backyard. Their cleanup after the job was great. Mr. Bailey and his men were very professional, respectful, informative and knew exactly how to make the repair. I was very upset as a single, senior female to originally find this sinkhole in my backyard but Mr. Bailey personally assured me he could repair it and in a very timely manner. He kept his promise. A supervisor was always on site and he explained what they were doing every step of the way. They were courteous and caring. Bailey Construction and Landscaping LLC exemplifies professionalism, honesty, conscientious work and a great job completed. I consider them a blessing in this day and time. And yes, I would recommend them."

"We had an excellent experience working with Bailey Construction and the crew who did the work. They were very informative during the project. We had a sinkhole off the back of our driveway causing the hill to cave in. The excavation was completed in a timely manner and the work was excellent. As we all know we had a lot rain recently and Justin and Bobby keep us informed on when the project would start. The pictures show the before, after and during the excavation of the back yard."
