Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery - Glennville

Located at 8819 U.S. 301, Glennville, Georgia, our cemetery is an official site of the State of Georgia and proudly upholds the traditions of dignity and respect for our nation's veterans and their families. Situated on a historic 42.6-acre site just north of Glennville, our cemetery offers a tranquil environment for reflection and remembrance. The initial 26-acre phase features 1,400 pre-placed in-ground double vaults, 766 conventional single-depth sites, 1,384 cremation interment sites including a columbarium, and 429 spaces dedicated to memorial markers for veterans whose remains are unavailable for burial. Since its dedication on November 28, 2007, the cemetery has become the final resting place for over 2,200 veterans, spouses, and family members, with plans to accommodate more than 21,000 in total.
