"Poor customer service. First off, after my mom and I got seated for a pedicure, her nail tech left after starting to go service what seemed to be a regular. A new nail tech took over the service which was not the problem. The new nail tech ended up leaving for 30 minutes in the middle of the pedicure to go provide a wax service to a walk in customer without even saying anything and left my mom with cold water. We wish she would’ve just been honest and said she needed to go do that and at least check if we were okay and had warm water in the basin. After we got home, my mom noticed her pinky toe didn’t even get painted to the pedicure is unfinished. We used to use this salon all the time but the service provided is just unprofessional."

"I will always go to the one on abercorn! I Loved how Tina did my nails! She was so sweet and funny engaging in conversation while creating a fresh set of halloween nails. I love how she took the time to do the design and the shape of the nail. It was fast, and looked great.10/10! I will always get my nails done here for the customer service if great."
"I was very disappointed. Lady made 7/10 fingers bleed at the cuticle and a chunk of nail fell off not even 24 hours latter. I personally will never use this facility again. I have NEVER had this happen in the 15 years I've been getting my nails done. 0/5 stars."
