The front desk staff are remarkably patient, professional, and calm with clients who are clearly in great pain and discomfort, and thus often more grumpy and difficult than your average person. The therapists and techs are skilled, resourceful, and collaborative with one another, focused on the best possible patient outcomes. I appreciate their sense of humor and can-do attitude. Their lead therapist, Kristen, is consistently positive and upbeat. Everyone seems to be on-task and self motivated about doing their best. They make the hard work of physical therapy seem almost enjoyable!"

"This is hands down one of the worst places I have dealt with here in Atlanta. They are rude, it’s dirty and they are completely incompetent. I was getting all of my healthcare through Emory since I prefer to have my medical care well connected; however, they have gone downhill so hard and fast I will no longer be using them for anything - esp considering they are incapable of basic tasks such as communicating with each other. The so-called physical therapist, Kristin, that I saw for 2 minutes was beyond incompetent and severely rude. I got frustrated due to the 45 MINUTES of issues I just endured and she slammed down her computer and said the appointment was over. Fortunately, I was able to snap a pic of her and the front desk staff so you know who to avoid if you are unfortunate enough to have to go here!"

"I had a great hip replacement and was excited to start PT. Kristen spent time with me on my first visit but on my second and third visit I did not receive her attention or time. She gave me exercises without seeing if I was doing them correctly and seemed annoyed at my questions. I felt very dismissed. I write this because I I read reviews and would not anyone to have the experience I had. I stopped going because it was upsetting and I could do the exercises at home. I have since found a wonderful caring therapist. Everything at Emory has been the best so this was a huge disappointment when my body was healing so well."
