"Old appliances are always broken. Disorganized appliances. It is very bad. I hope they get better one day. /1 month later and nothing has changed. Broken machines and the same thing as always. 02/15/24"
"A lot is done well my only issue is every sit down cycle except 1 has an issue needing repair. Even the last one that works more like a leg pump. The computer kept reseting during my workout. It's a deal 4 me due to hip issues I don't use the stand up treadmills. Otherwise the staff is gr8. The place is clean. Just need those repairs please."
"The employees are great and very polite. However when it comes to equipment being serviced it's extremely unreliable. I have gone to this specific location for almost a year. Since August equipment has become broken and has not been fixed and seems to be getting only worse from here. This was not a a problem when I had first started coming so to see it slowly becoming a mess is telling to probably end my membership with them soon."

"Broken machines and unserviced for months at a time. One of The stair masters is not only broke but the computer that operates the machines is gone and wires exposed for months. Another one hasn’t been working for awhile. It take’s literally 4 to 6 months to Repair things over there. This particular gym is completely being neglected pertaining to Equipment. The staff has always been wonderful and continue to be but you have to give them something to work with.."
