CVS

"Today, i bought some valentines candy and it was on sale. I went to Walmart found something different and purchased it, thinking i could just run back over within 30 min of purchase and refund. I was informed by Dawn that items on sales were final. I asked her to show me where it states that, it is not on the receipt, she couldn't find it on the counter sheet anywhere. I left without being able to refund it, Jessica the store manager said yes, that is our policy. I would think a publicly traded company would have a customer first approach or at least have signage stating refund policy. I shop here often or did and the front counter is rarely supervised and if you do find an associate then your directed to self-checkout. Store has a rating of 1.5 on yelp and very surprised it is that high. I am turning off my extra care."

"Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. My doctor called to tell me that they suggest i change my prescription due to too many refill requests and I was confused as I only requested 3x in a year (Emergency albuterol inhaler). Turns out, this location sent out 6+ requests to which I never signed off on. Switching pharmacies ASAP."

"This is the worst CVS ever. The employees don't care and the pharmacist isn't the brightest crayon in the box. Been going here for years but in the past year or so it has gone way downhill, I've given them many chances but today was the last straw for me. Time to move my prescriptions to Walgreens."

"I have used this store sometimes in the past with no issues since recently moving back closer to it, however I will not be back (which I am sure is ok with them given the other reviews). They put in my insurance card and kept insisting that my insurance is not in their system, so they cannot process it. They asked if they could keep my only insurance card. Um, NO? So they make a copy, fine. They ask me to call insurance and verify that I can use CVS. Insurance says I can go anywhere I want, there should be no issue. I call them back and explain what insurance told me, and am told that they will have to call and figure it out. Okay, cool, however I keep getting texts saying to come pick up my prescription, yet when I call the next day to see if they had figured out my insurance issue, they said no they still can’t process it and that any CVS will have this issue as well, so no use in transferring. Guess what? I went to another CVS to transfer my prescriptions there and had no issue at all. In fact, the tech said the issue with my card was that the last person to enter it in the system had put in an extra number, which is why they couldn’t find it in the system. I am glad it is sorted out now, but own up to your mistakes instead of just pushing a paying customer away completely because you are too careless to double check the card."
