"I arrived 20 minutes early for my new patient appointment and there were 2 other patients waiting. The staff was friendly but there wasn't a box of tissue available at the office so they directed me to the bathroom to use some toilet paper. I sat in the wait room until 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time watching 3 different people who came in after me, be called before me. When I asked what time I could expect to be seen the receptionist advised that there were no available rooms and I would have to continue waiting. It was now 1 hour after my arrival time and 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment. At this point there were about 7 patients waiting.They may be a great practice but my time is valuable and my expectation is to be treated as such."
"The worst customer service I've ever received.They balance billed me for an immunization and won't refund my money. It's been almost a year. Don't pay for immunizations out of pocket. This practice claims they don't file insurance claims for certain immunizations. If the person who administers the immunization is under contact with a Healthcare organization..they're suppose to abide by their policies. This practice doesn't!! Check to see if it's covered by your insurance company."
